Each member of our team is selected after undergoing a rigorous screening process. Our dentists take the responsibility of hiring front and back office staff very seriously. They understand that patients will interact with our team members earlier and, perhaps, more often than they will interact with the dentists. KIM
HYGIENIST
Kimberly Neill, RDH, MAS has been in dentistry since 1993. She started her life long career as a dental assistant at F. E. Warren Airforce Base in Cheyenne, WY where her now husband of 30 years was stationed. While working as dental assistant, she discovered she loved dentistry; working with patients, learning from her dentist employers and co-workers. Consequently, she desired to go further. She attended Blinn College in Bryan, TX where she received her Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene.
Following graduation, she practiced full time in Austin, TX until her husband accepted a job position in Washington D.C. Kimberly practiced in the Alexandria and Fairfield, VA for several years. Her husbandâs career lead them overseas in 2009. Kimberly, her husband and three children spent 3 years in Germany and 2 years in Italy. During that time, Kimberly received a certificate in German language from the University of Maryland Europe and participated in a number of volunteer opportunities within her local communities and on the military bases her husband served. Kimberly and her family returned to the United States in 2014. God opened the door for them to return to her husbandâs beloved Aggieland. Kimberly practiced full time hygiene in the same office for the past 7 years. During the last two years, Kimberly started adding to her wealth of knowledge by learning how dentistry could help people sleep, breath and live better lives. She gained the knowledge and credentials for a Myofunctional Airway Specialist. She currently is working to receive certification as a Buteyko Breathing Coach.
JESSICA
Jessica, born and raised in Connecticut, moved to Texas in 2020 with her husband, Dr. Grant Foust, where he is originally from. She and Dr. Grant met in Argentina while studying abroad for a school year. Jessica graduated from Southern Adventist University with a Masterâs in Global Community Development, but took an interest in dentistry after supporting her husband in dental school. Jessica loves learning about dentistry and being able to help patients with their dental needs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new food places, and doing puzzles.
CHELSEA
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Chelsea was born and raised in Texas, growing up in Mansfield where she met her fiancĂ©. She has two dogs, Blayze and Heidi, that she completely adores. Chelsea went to Texas Academy of Dental Assisting and has been assisting for a little over 7 years now. Chelsea knew she wanted to work in the dental field after having her braces taken off. Her favorite part of dentistry is seeing the smile on a patientâs face after their appointment. In her free time, her and her fiancĂ© love to take weekend-cations and explore new places.
